Last Friday was the announcement on the FBS Data Systems blog that they would be putting in flexmls for all ARMLS users by July 1 of 2008. As I spoke with real estate professionals all across the city, virtually to a person the response was - "oh, thank god…"
In my typically shy and retiring way, I jumped on the phone and was able to get Michael Wurzer for an Executive Conversation and here it is to share with you.
This is the first of two installments of the interview with Michael Wurzer / CEO of FBS Data Systems. In this segment Michael talks about the agreement with ARMLS, the fifth largest MLS in the country. ARMLS now joins over 100 other MLS’s using their services.
We talk about how MLS data can be used by Web2.0 companies to address user demands and he cites some of the most successful implementations of regional MLS’s and how they serve the needs of the real estate community.
