Here is a link to a video I made previewing some of the functionality in the flexmls Web system. The video is just over a half hour long and focuses on functionality coming available in our fall release due November 1. The video definitely could be clearer but, as is usual, I talked too much and the video ended up being too long and so I had to render it in a smaller resolution to get the file size down. Anyhow, I hope you find it useful.
P.S. Thanks to our client, the Santa Barbara MLS , for allowing us to use their data for the video, which is presented only for demonstration purposes.

These features will be available in the fall, but just to clarify, we won’t be able to use them in Phoenix until next summer?

You guys are lucky, we in Summit County, Colorado are stuck with MLXCHANGE and it’s not as nice.

Hi, I wanted to watch this video from Michael Wurzer. Is it still available? I couldn’t get it to run on my computer.
Thanks, Pat

Maybe you could give it some extra time. I just tried it and it took about five minutes to kick in.

You may need to clear your temporary Internet files. The player being used seems sensitive to earlier failed attempts and clearing the temp files has helped others.
